October 19-20, 2014 - Lincoln Trip

This is the Geocache series we have been working on this summer.
Each time we go to York or Lincoln we would get a few more.
Each smiley face represents a geocache.  We have 4 left to find.
It is just south of Interstate 80 east of York.
It is 5 1/2 miles wide and 3 miles north to south.

Mary found another one!

Jerry had to crawl in to find this one.

Couldn't find the geocache in the phone booth.

David and Mark patiently waiting for the reception to
end so they can go watch the husker game.

Saturday morning hike in the park at Milford.

Sunday afternoon we went to the UNL library to find this geocache.
We had to ask the librarian for help in finding it.

Strange cache container along another trail in Lincoln.

Historic sign near Seward.

Special puzzle box we had to figure out how to
open so we could sign the log sheet.

Geocache is the green container at the top
of the picture.  Had to climb up ladder and
use our extendable reaching tool to get it.

A fake birdhouse with a geocache in it.
